Written in 2019 following a public performance, this text reflects on what remains once observation ends. The emphasis shifts from audience to architecture, and from action to residual attention.

After the Room Emptied
When everyone left, the space did not relax. The floor kept its attention. The walls retained heat from the bodies that had leaned against them. I stayed long enough to feel the room forget the audience and remember itself. Only then did I leave.
